PAYMENT

A non-fundable deposit in the amount of 50% of thepatterning fee will be due when order is placed. The balance of the patterningfee plus any adjustments will be collected when the pattern has been createdand ready to deliver digitally or shipment.

Full-Service Payment. An order confirmation and costestimate for sewing services will be sent by Threadline Custom Sewing &Upholstery when order is placed. Threadline will bill the customer and collectpayment for sewing service directly.

RETURNS - Pattern

Patterns are the result of information provided by the customerand delivered digitally and therefore can not be returned. Any errors in thepattern that resulted from entering in customer provided data incorrectly willbe corrected at no cost to the customer.Errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customerwill be corrected and the cost paid by the customer.

CANCELLATION – Pattern

Order must be cancelled within 24 hours before receipt ofphotos. Cancellation after sending photos will result in forfeiture of deposit

FAILURE TO MEET TERMS OF SALE – Patterns

If paying by check or Zelle, you have 24 hours to pay yourdeposit and 5 days to provide photos and measurements, which are required forthe crafting of your slipcover pattern. Failure to pay your deposit orproviding the required information within the required time, will result in thecancellation of your order and forfeiture of your deposit.

DELIVERY

Patterning - Patterns normally are completed, printed andshipped within 2 business days of receipt of measurements.

Full Service – Completion of order is contingent on receiptof patterning and fabric and subject to workload at that time.
