ALL CUSTOM SLIPCOVER ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF SALE IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETING THIS TRANSACTION.PAYMENT - As is customary with all custom made products, a payment of 50% of the total cost of your order will be due when the order is placed. The balance, including shipping and sizing code adjustments if required, will be due when the order is ready to go into production. Completed orders will not go into production until final payment is received.PRICING ADJUSTMENTS - Adjustments to the cost of your order may be made, after receipt of your photos and measurements, to correct furniture size codes or furniture special features that may have been incorrectly entered on the order.DELIVERY - Each custom order is individually crafted and allotted all of the time necessary to create a custom crafted quality product. Orders are processed on a first come first served basis. A number of factors will gauge the amount of time it will take to complete your order - workload at the time your order is placed, the size and complexity of your order and the orders ahead of yours, as well as fabric availability. Given these factors and the fact that all of our orders are custom made and no two orders are alike, it’s not possible to accurately estimate the exact time when an order will be shipped. There is no average time in which an order is shipped. If you need your order to arrive by a specific time frame or date, please call us about our PRODUCT WARRANTY - We take pride in our product and workmanship. Our ultimate goal is to deliver a product that you will be proud to have in your home. To achieve this goal, we will provide you with any assistance that you might require when ordering or measuring. We also review your measurements upon receipt of your order and again when we convert your measurements into a pattern for your custom product. If we discover any irregularities or have any questions about your measurements or furniture, we will call you to double check the measurements prior to cutting. If you are not happy with the fit of your slipcover due to a manufacturing defect, we will make modifications to your satisfaction at no additional charge. If your custom product requires modification because of incorrect measurements we will charge you for the labor and materials required to make the corrections. Because they are custom made to your specifications, they cannot be returned for any reason except warranty repair; see above. CANCELLATION - A 10% cancellation fee will be charged for orders cancelled within 48 hours. Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours. Closeout Fabrics: Orders placed using closeout fabrics are final and non-cancelable.FAILURE TO MEET TERMS OF SALE - You have 90 days to provide photos and measurements, which are required for the production of your custom slipcover and final balance payment. Failure to provide the required information within 90 days, from date of sale, or final balance payment will result in the forfeiture of you deposit.
